Eid ul Adha suicide bombing in frontier Pakistan kills 50 people praying inside a masjid. The target was a former interior minister who directed military operations against the Taliban and Al Qaeda.
You know, I’ve long been an opponent of takfiring people for any reason, but given that these animals use takfir against ordinary muslims for their own political ends, perhaps it is time we fought back with the same tool. Someone who murders muslims on the Day of Sacrifice surely deserves to be labeled an unbeliever and a jahil.

With regards to the Tyson Chicken plant in Tennessee that swapped Labor Day for Eid al Fitr, it might be a good idea to drop the PR people at Tyson a line in support. They are certainly getting slammed by the wingers right now for being a bunch of dhimmies. The Media Relations contact is:

(479) 290-6111 (206) 220-6871and I am sure he would appreciate a brief note in support of the company’s willingness to democratically support the majority of their workers’ wishes.

The thing I find most fascinating about this story – where the majority of the 1,200 workers at the Tyson Foods poultry processing plant in Shelbyville, Tennessee voted to swap Labor Day with Eid ul-Fitr as a paid holiday – is that Shelbyville is the least likely place I’d expect to find a Muslim majority among 1,200 employees.
