I respect the protesters’ passion. Sadly, it is now fairly certain that they are pawns in somebody else’s game.

What’s happening worries me. I do not support moral policing, so perhaps I should be sympathetic with Mousavi.
However, I urge you to not take a stance on Iran protests. Unless you know what’s going on there. The reasons are-
1. We don’t know what’s going on
2. West supports Mousavi. Doesn’t look good on him.
3. It makes the region seem unstable, and legitimizes outside interference.The last thing I want to be is an useful fool. I am quite sure the Iranians can take care of themselves, and I hope they’ll be allowed to.
