american muslims have abrogated shariah law as the law of the nation-state they reside in, by becoming American citizens.
like orthodox jews.
American law is SECULAR. it enforces the Jeffersonian separation of church and state.

there isnt one.
did you know the constitution of KSA is the Quran?

In America, citizens accept the U.S. Constitution because it reflects universal First Principles for which the very purpose is to PROTECT as in Life, Liberty, Religion and Property. It isn’t secular law to which they agree to adhere as an after-thought of citizenship but to the First Principles anterior to it.
