Lets hope it is a genuine reduction and not a recycling, many times troops from the army are withdrawn but replaced by paramilitary forces under the Home Ministry, to massage the figures.

ARE YOU KIDDING??? The state of Pakistan is an unstable dictatorial NIGHTMARE, and any rational person would have to be disingenuous to pretend to assert otherwise. Who is freer–Hindus in Pakistan (yes, some still exist), or Muslims in India? Who lives in less fear? Who is less persecuted and oppressed? India is removing troops from part of its territory [presumably so that secessionist religious fanatics can at some point have it become annexed to the Pakistani morass.]” How can you even be so shameless and irresponsible as to express such willfully ignorant, hateful and destructive nonsense? Why are you so hateful of India and its people and culture??? Did India ever send out troops to conquer and convert Arabia??? Is India trying to grab ANYONE’S territory? To be honest, I think Pakistan just wants Kashmir, not the rest of India, as it was founded as a homeland for South Asian Muslims and most Kashmiris are Muslims who are unhappy with Indian rule.
