Malaysian Muslim clerics want ban on black magic.
Influential cleric Mohamed Tamyes Abdul Wahid, who organised seminar, said laws on black magic should be applied to Muslims as well as the sizable Buddhist, Christian and Hindu minorities in the country.

Surely you mean witchcraft does not actually produce an effect. The skeptic might say prayer does not produce an effect, but we know what prayer looks like.
