Report from the UK: Exposing the UK Salafi’s Part 1

What follows was originally published at Salafi Burnout’s blog, but was removed at the request of the anonymous author. Anything that is published on the Internet never really disappears, so I have republished the article here, taken from Salafi Burnout’s Google cache. If any individuals named in this article, or the people who make up Salafi Publications East London Wing want to answer the allegations, they can come here and do so.

Inshallah, the author is still planning to write Part II. I’m especially interested in Salafi Publications, since it is one of the organizations cited in Umar Lee’s “Rise and Fall of the Salafi Dawah” that harmed a lot of people in the US.

First of all I would like to thank you [Salafi Burnout] for exposing the criminals in our communities who take advantage of the people who are most loyal to them and are trying to follow the straight path laid down by the salaf. I’m young but have seen so much happen amongst the Salafi’s and it does make me sick, I still follow the Salafi understanding of Islam but I don’t wear the label and follow any of the Salafi cults.

I would like to finally expose the evil fake da’ee’s who go around flexing their fake anabolic scholastic muscles, they go by the name of: Hassan As Somali (Abu Abdullah) & Abu Hakim Bilal Davis. I would like to also expose a so called Salafi group who go by the name of Al-Athariyyah who are Salafi Publications London wing, these people have caused much havok in London which stretches over a decade.

Hassan as Somali:
Hassan as Somali is a brother whos parents were a mixture of Somali, White Welsh and Arab ethnic background. He was raised in Cardiff, he later went to travel to Dammaj Yemen, it is unknown how long exactly he studied there but most people report it to be less than 3/4 years. On his return he started giving classes and networking with other Salafi’s across the UK. Hassan is a very well spoken individuals who has a strong way with words, and it is this skill which enabled him to fool many of the Salafi’s in the UK and gain their support.

Hassan is well known to have a ruthless tongue, and has unmercilessly torn apart many real Da’ees and Scholars during Salafi Publication conferences, and other fake Salafi conferences across the UK & America (Philly, NJ etc etc). Hassan and his crew have a bad reputations amongst the Somali community in Cardiff, he made many Somali brothers drop out of University, because he wanted to protect them from the fitnah which led to a uproar in the Somali community, since then they have banned him from their local masjids. One thing alot of people do not know is his evil actions towards sisters who look to him for guidance, although not as worse as Daud Adib, Abu Hasan Malik or any other of his friends across the big water, but he is getting there. I will now expose some of the evil known to us, Allah knows best what other crimes he has committed.

Like other so called Da’ee’s Hasan has married multiply times and divorced many of them. He married a Somali sister, he then abandoned her with his Kafir family members and didn’t see her months and sometimes years on end. Hassan once proposed to a Somali sister (I won’t mention her name for obvious reasons) who was very knowledgable who led weekly classes for sister, may Allah bless this sister she had the knowledge and wizdom to see straight through Hassan Salafi Da’ee cloak and reject his proposal. Hassan then went on to refuting her in his next lesson and calling all Salafi sister to abandon her, because she has left the manhaj and has become a hizbee. Hassan preys on innocent ignorate sisters, once marrying them and fulfilling his evil desires dumps them like a peace of unwanted cloth. There are also reports of him marrying and divorcing sisters in America and Allah knows were else.

Hassan is one of those da’ees who doesn’t want a real job, he survives off his blind following salafi brothers and sisters, travelling the western world taken as much as he can and giving back as little as possible.

Abu Hakim Bilal Davis
Abu Hakim Bilal Davis is a Afro Carribbean Muslim convert, brought up in the rough streets of Birmingham. Bilal use to be a member of a Notorious Birmingham Street gang called inch-high, in the early 90’s he went to prison for 12 months for robbery. In prison Bilal became Muslim, after he left prison he applyed to study at the Islamic Univeristy of Madinah, with the help of Green Lane Masjid/ Ahlul Hadeeth (he later went to refute them because they were not salafi enough and harsh to deviated groups, he bit the hand that fed him). Bilal entered Madinah in the year 1994, he was a class mate of Sh.Yassir Qahdi (soon to be Dr Yassir inshallah), due to Yassir being a excellent student achieveing great things at Madinah Bilalgrew jealous and hateful towards Yassir and through the years together he did everything in his power to destroy Yassir. They both spent 10 years in Madinah the difference between them is in those 10 years Yassir Qadhi Graduated with a first class from the Faculty of Hadeeth and a Masters in Aqeeda, BUT the great salafi da’ee who studied with all the major scholars in Saudia spent 10 years in Madinah university and failed to pass his exams, he couldn’t even gratuate from the BA program that should take 6 years, he spent 10 years and failed, Bilal blamed the university and the hizbee forces in the university. Although being a huge failer in his studies Bilal was known as the most knowledge students from the west in Madinah at that time.

Apart from being a huge failer in his studies, he is also a sexual beast who can’t control what is between his legs, he has married and divorced countless times, and has even married a sister in the States and Allah knows best what happened to her. Here are some things about him taken from siratemustaqeem forum:

“What was bilal doing instead of studying? He was sitting up all night (regularly until fajr) with his muqallids from East London, Handsworth and Philadelphia, backbiting other students and their wives: “She needs a real MAN, She’s from MANchester.” Setting himself and his muqallids up to fail. They would sit up in the house of a Bengali muqallid from East London ordering him about, eating and drinking and humiliating him in his own home: “Bengali where’s da food?”, “Oi Bengali!” etc…”

In Madinah he rang up a telephone bill of over SR20’000 in someone else’s name. Then he went to Spubs asking for the people’s donated money to pay for it.

He was once entrusted with money by a student’s family, to give to their son when he went to Madinah. He instead spent all the money. Then had the cheek to ask the brother “can I keep it?”

He was at a bookshop in Makkah with his ‘crew’ and didn’t have enough money to buy a book. He nearly ‘mugged’ a muqallid who he used to use like a noble doormat telling him “give me the money” and when he was reluctant he shouted at him “I said GIVE ME THE MONEY”. The muqallid handed over the money with tears in his eyes, humiliated in front of everybody. After getting the money he put his arm round the muqallid and said “come on *** you know you’re my man.”

He got caught once going to Riyadh and taking money from a person who they regarded as being a “hizbee.” When one of the brothers found out, bilal approaches him and says: “don’t tell anyone… it won’t be good for the da’wah”.

“He also once said showing off to the brothers about his talks in the conferences, “Imagine it akhee, I’ve got my shades on and the hall is packed! I walk in and flick up my shades and say “Innal Hamda Lillah!”…!!!”.

In the late-night gatherings in Madinah he would spend his time talking about sex and sexual matters. On one occasion he told the brothers to “go home into your library… pretend to be studying and then call your wife in… when she comes in ask her to get a glass of water… while she’s gone strip naked and sit with a book (of hadeeth???)… then say to her ‘come and look at this interesting point maasah’allah’… then scream and chase her round the house…”

He also told the brothers “invite the brothers to the house with their families… when all the brothers are sitting in one room and all the sisters sitting in another room… call your wife to another room and have intimacy with her… believe me it’s a vibe!”

Another time he told a brother that he, bilal, had been watching two male cats having intercourse during the night outside his house?!

Yet another time he boasted to a brother that a Saudi woman had come up to him and ‘flashed’ him.

Bilal Davis is another Da’ee to look out for, he is still a criminal but his crimes have changed.

Al-Atharriyyah (Salafi Publications East London Wing)
Al-Athariyyah (Failed Salafi Wanabee Organisation) who have been trying to open a masjid for the last 10+ years (May Allah protect us from them and their evil), opened 3 book shops that have all closed down and hijacked a Muslim School run by a sister then run it to the ground until it closed (inner fighting amongst the salafi ranks), they have failed at all these projects because non of their followers finance any of their projects. But yet the can afford to pay for luxurious apartments for weeks on end when Hassan as Somali comes to visit. Their main teacher is a brother who goes by the name of Farooq who is of Afro Carribbean origin, this brother only studied at Madinah for 2 years only completing the arabic program.
