    Pakistan bans the Taliban as its coalition government falls apart. The reported quote from one the Taliban spokesman is instructive:

    “We are slaves to no one.”

    Pakistani politics is a surreal, dismal, roller-coaster. Its hard to believe Mr. 10% is in a position to become the next President.
