Defining religion: The High Court has ruled that a Sikh teenager, who was excluded from school for breaking a “no jewellery” rule by refusing to remove a wrist bangle, was a victim of unlawful discrimination. Sarika Watkins-Singh had said the bangle was central to her faith.
