    Israel shows its commitment to the peace process: Israel’s Defense Ministry has revived a plan to build a new “settlement” (colony) in the occupied West Bank, government officials said on Thursday. The “settlement” (colony) had been shelved in 2006 under U.S. pressure.

    Act II: world condemns Israel for settlements.

    Act III: Israeli apologists point to above condemnation and claim mantle of victimhood - the world is against us! Persecution! Never again!
