Did anyone else notice the blatant fear-mongering by Scalia in the decision? What the hell is he smoking?
“Scalia said that the United States was “at war with radical Islamists,” and that the ruling “will almost certainly cause more Americans to get killed.””
If McCain wins and appoints another Justice like him, this decision will be overturned posthaste.
