Tiny URL advice needed. I added the Firefox plug in, but can’t really get it to work… advice?

what version of firefox are you using (an what OS).

help->about mozilla firefox will tell you version number.

also, try closing down Firefox completely, and then restarting the browser. Sometimes you need to just restart teh program to see the plugins take effect. If you are like me and have a dozen tabs open all the time, the thought of closing Firefox can be traumatic; luckily you can bookmark all open tabs in one click from the Bookmarks menu (or use CTRl-ALT-D).

what about restore session?

restore is a failsafe - i think if you exit ff normally it might not save the tabs, unless you configured it to do so somewhere in setings.

hm…that should work. how many plugins do you have? wonder if there might be a conflict?
