I am a little skeptical, though the interior description mostly matches that as described:
interior walls are clad with marble half-way to the roof; tablets with Qur’anic inscriptions are inset in the marble. The top part of the walls are covered with a green cloth decorated with gold embroidered Qur’anic verses
However, I don’t recall hearing about pillars within the Kaaba – I always thought it was supposed to be an empty space. What do you all think?
